How to Book

beforehand to check on available dates and to reserve your holiday.

Reservations are confirmed in writing on receipt of a deposit and the application form.

The balance is due 28 days before your arrival. Our week runs from Saturday to Saturday, however we can arrange short breaks during late autumn and winter.

Bookings are taken from 3-00 pm Saturday to 10-00 am Saturday

Fresh towels are provided and beds are made up ready for your arrival. Electricity is included in the booking tariff for full weeks. A starter pack for the wood burning stove is provided.

A £100 deposit for each week the cottage is required is needed with your booking, the remaining sum to be paid 28 days before the date of your arrival.
Winter short breaks are available between November and March excluding Christmas and New Year. Holly Grove will comfortably sleep four people: Winter breaks are for a minimum of two nights. Please phone for availability.
